INTRODUCING FICTION4ALL GOLD
You
can opt into GOLD at an author level and get all your books included, or you
can opt in at title level So
what is it all about? The world is going through some tough times, especially authors! We
have changed the way the Fiction4All business works and we have changed our
GOLD program. My focus right now is the pool of wonderful authors who support
Fiction4All by publishing on our websites. GOLD has been designed as a simple to understand affiliate program. To
keep it simple, anyone joining the GOLD program will be able to advertise any
author and book that is opted into GOLD. When the people they advertise to
buy something these affiliates will earn a straight 10% of the purchase price
and you, the author will sacrifice 10% of the same price. So you will still
get 60% or 25% if your book is priced in accordance with our lower royalty
tier (i.e. priced under $2.99). By joining GOLD you will make your books available to people to
promote. When they earn money, so do you. GOLD is a simple program. As an
author making your books available to people to promote, you give up 10% of
your royalty when they get someone to buy your book[s]. The flip side is if a
visitor brought to our sites buys a book that is NOT opted into GOLD then you
will still earn the 70% royalty BUT because books not opted into GOLD will
often be displayed after ones that are in GOLD, the chances of your book[s]
selling will be much lower. Fiction4All has been undergoing changes related to GOLD. The site will
soon have two types of traffic (visitors). First will be the visitors who
come to us from our own efforts, things like search engine and social media
traffic generated directly by Fiction4All. You will always earn 70% royalty
from these visitors. The second type of traffic is visitors brought to our
site by people promoting books and authors through the GOLD program. These
visitor are called affiliate traffic and when these people buy something you
will earn 60% (15% if priced under $2.99) royalty assuming your book[s] are
opted into GOLD. Our GOLD affiliates cannot promote your author pages or books if you
are not opted into GOLD as a content provider. So you will potentially be
missing out on a lot of chances to make more sales if you decide not to opt
in. With the significant changes to royalty splits that came into effect
from 1st November, this is a great opportunity for authors and
